We the parish staff of St. Mel Catholic Church and the community welcome this opportunity to share in your special day. We commit to help you prepare yourself, family, and friends so that you come to experience and very special encounter with Chrost during your celebration.

Process & documents

• Preparations for the celebration should be made at least 6 months prior to the desired date of the celebration.

• Parents may request the Quinceañera mass for their daughter in person at the Parish Office.

• For the Mass ceremony, the cost is $500.00. A deposit of $100.00 is required to reserve the desired date. You have the option of paying the balance in payments or paying the total amount; however, full payment must be made at least one month before your Quinceañera date.

• Coordinator fee of $140.00 for the rehearsal and day of the Quinceañera.

• The date and the hour of the Quinceañera is not confirmed and scheduled until the deposit is received. The balance is due no later than one month prior to the date of the Quinceañera.

• All candidates must provide a copy of their Baptism and First Communion Certificate.

• If parents are members of another parish a letter of permission is required from her parish.

• She must participate is eight sessions of our parish youth ministry.
